Das MPC20 bietet alle StandardInterfaces (USB, LAN, VGA, Audio). Mit LX Prozessor bestückt, verbraucht das System typisch lediglich 10 Watt. Als Massenspeicher steht neben frontseitigem CompactFlash optional auch eine Festplatte zur Verfügung. Das Gehäuse ist aus robustem Stahlblech gefertigt und bietet zahlreiche Montageoptionen.
