Up to 933MHz CPU speed and up to 1Gbyte memory

The ETX®P3M series of the ETX® component SBC module is based on the Intel® Pentium®III M and Celeron® Processors from 650 MHz up to 933 MHz.

Using the Twister-T chipset form VIA Technologies highest integration on the chipset level is utilized in the ETX®-P3M series. Improved power management is achieved using both ACPI and APM 1.2 allowing for fanless-cooling and extending battery life.

With the VIA VT8603/ VT82C686A as the core chip set, the ETX®-P3M series provides both S3 Savage 4 graphics and VIA enhanced audio. In addition to standard ETX® features, the ETX®-P3M supports four USB ports, up to 1 GByte SDRAM, 10/100 Base-T Ethernet, keyboard/ mouse controllers, real-time clock, and watchdog timer.
